About Carin

I was born, raised and educated in Washington State, and currently reside in my family’s three-generation home on the shores of the Puget Sound. Born into an advocate family, my first taste of politics was joining my mother as she marched for civil rights and justice during Shirley Chisholm’s run for President.
Instilled with a deep understanding of the value of civic engagement at such a young age, I’ve dedicated my entire career to serving our communities through advocacy and policy crafting.
